There’s some exciting new cars coming out this year.
We take a look at the best picks. Some will be way out of most people’s price range, but hey, who cares? They are cars – and nothing else matters!
Audi S3 Sedan
Audi release a sedan body style – aimed specifically at the US market. The basic version is a 1.8L, with a more powerful 2.0L version. The A3 Quattro version is a 4 wheel drive, with 200bhp. There is only a 6 speed automatic version with dual-clutch. No manual transmission available as yet
Hyundai Genesis Sedan
Coming in both a V6 (311bhp) & V8 (420bhp) variety, Hyundai give us the Genesis. It comes in both rear wheel and 4 wheel drive too. It comes with a Lotus tuned suspension and plenty of features to make you feel safer.
Jaguar XS Sedan
Everyone loves Jaguar. This year they bring out the XS Sedan. Coming in a V6 and a super-charged V8 version, this car is reported to have great handling and a smooth ride. It also has an awesome 12-speaker Meridian audio system.
Lexus RC Coupe
At last, a coupe! And yes, it does look rather gorgeous… It’s a V6 306bhp monster with an 8 speed automatic transmission on the rear wheel drive version. And a 6 speed auto transmission for the 4-wheel drive version. As with any Lexus, the ride is comfortable, even when you put the foot down.
Tesla Model X
And here we have the car for the environmentally friendly among you. With this SUV, there is no greener way to get 7 passengers from A to B. A 259bhp front electric engine is for the front and a 503bhp rear motor makes for a powerful all wheel drive experience. Don’t be fooled into thinking that because it’s green it doesn’t pack a punch… Tesla claims this car will do 0-60 in under 5 seconds. We shall see.
2015 Ford F-150
America’s best-selling truck. The F-150 has had a little facelift and some newly added features to make sure it stays there. Ford have made sure not to change anything too drastically. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right? With its aluminum body, it is relatively light and with its 325bhp and twin turbo chargers (this is the version up from the 283-hp base version).
